Where do you find your fabrics?
We individually hunt for our fabrics in recycling centers, flea markets and sometimes on the Internet. We also collect donations from those around us.
If you want to get rid of household linen that you no longer need or if you would like to have your sheet personalized, do not hesitate to contact us!
What shipping methods are offered?
We send your parcels via the Colissimo service. We offer you delivery in metropolitan France, regardless of the amount!
Why can't I find my size in some model-fabric combinations?
As we work with sheets and linens, the fabric available is necessarily limited. Some sheets do not allow us to make all models in all sizes.
For example, in a fitted sheet for a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), we cannot make the Signature dress in size 44, which requires more footage.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Behind Drapée are two founders and seamstresses. This means that we sew the pieces ourselves in an artisanal way. It therefore takes up to 3 weeks for us to be able to make your order, depending on the number of orders we have received.
Once the order is completed and packaged, we send it within 7 working days. It then takes 4 working days for you to receive your package by Colissimo.
Can I return items that I don't like or don't fit?
If unfortunately the part you ordered does not suit you, you have 14 days from the day you received the order to return it to us. The return is at your expense.
We reserve the right to refuse the return and refund if the garment has visibly been worn, is damaged or is not in its original packaging.
If the return is validated, you will be reimbursed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return.
To avoid any size errors, we strongly advise you to consult our size chart and take your measurements correctly.
The garment has been damaged (a button has fallen off, a seam has cracked, etc.). Can I have it repaired at Drapée?
At Drapée, we want you to enjoy your clothes for as long as possible and for the reflex to repair to take precedence over that of throwing away. This is why we have decided to offer you the lifetime guarantee which allows you to return your Drapée piece to us so that we can repair it in the event of damage due to wear and tear.
I would like to lengthen/shorten the garment I have chosen or make long sleeves. Is this possible?
You can contact us to find out if the garment you want to buy can be modified. Depending on the fabric chosen, this will be possible or not. Sometimes, we barely have enough fabric to make the original model. But other times, we have a lot of footage and can therefore add long sleeves or lengthen the garment!
If the model I chose has buttons, what will they be like?
In principle, for all models with buttons (for the moment Chemisier Rêverie and Veston Idylle), we try to match them to the chosen fabric (dominant color of the fabric). For example, if you choose a fabric with a white background and blue flowers, we will put white buttons.
However, we have a large number of different buttons in our stock, many sizes, shapes and colors, mostly vintage! Do not hesitate to contact us after ordering to know the different possible button options and make your choice!
