How to take your measurements
To take your measurements, use a tape measure and put on your underwear or tight-fitting clothing. Don't hesitate to ask for help to take the most accurate measurements possible. When taking your measurements, do not tighten or add any ease.
The chest circumference is measured at the widest point of the chest, on the tip of the breasts. The tape measure should be held straight in the back.
Waist measurement is taken at the narrowest point of your waist. If you have trouble finding your waist, lean your body to the side. The waist is where your body bends.
Hip circumference is measured at the fullest part of the buttocks and hips.

To ensure optimal life for your garment, we recommend hand washing, or washing at 30° maximum in the machine. Ironing may be essential to remove creases after washing, but be sure to use a low temperature.
In general, try to only wash your piece when it is absolutely necessary, and favor natural solutions (like baking soda). Spacing out washes will allow your garment to last longer!
